After analyzing the Case, I have identified the moral issues at stake are the fact if the boyfriend should abandon his 7-month pregnant girlfriend. Since the normative thought process would be for him to stay in the relationship and commit for him and his girlfriend as well as for the sake of his unborn child. With this case I believe we are also dealing with a moral value claim because he is not showing loyalty or sympathy for his girlfriend and he is acting solely in the interest of himself. I believe he is exercising his free will in leaving and he is making an independent choice. The boyfriend, however, is not making a rational decision to leave so prematurely.
